  1. Products and Services; Custom Printing
  • We manufacture custom printed goods (including books, boxes, labels, and related
    materials) based on your specifications and content.
  • Tolerances and variations:
    o Color: Reasonable color variation may occur due to device screens, substrates,
    inks, and processes (CMYK vs RGB). Exact color matching is not guaranteed
    unless a signed color match service/hard proof is purchased and approved.
    o Size/trim/bleed: Industry-standard tolerances may apply (typically ±1–3 mm;
    ±5% on quantity for certain runs). Minor shifts/registration variance may occur.
    o Materials: Paper/board textures, finishes, and lot shades can vary slightly
    between batches.
  • Proofs and approvals:
    o We may provide digital proofs/mockups. Production proceeds only after your
    approval (explicit or deemed, as communicated). You are responsible for
    reviewing all details including text, images, colors, sizes, folds, margins, and
    quantities.
    o If you waive proofing or request urgent production, you accept responsibility for
    ensuing errors.
  • Prepress adjustments: We may perform minimal technical adjustments (e.g., color
    profiles, bleeds, imposition) to enable production without altering content intent.
  1. Order Process and Contract Formation
  • Quotes and product listings are invitations to offer. Your order is an offer to purchase;
    acceptance occurs when we confirm the order (email/SMS/app notification) or
    commence production.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time (e.g., suspected fraud,
    legal/compliance risk, mispricing, stock or capacity limitations).
  • You agree to supply correct specifications and timely approvals to avoid delays.
  1. Pricing, Taxes, and Invoicing
  • Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise and are subject to change before order
    acceptance.
  • Taxes, duties, and shipping charges will be applied as applicable. GST-compliant
    invoices will be issued for eligible orders where valid GST details are provided before
    billing.
  • In case of typographical, pricing, or promotion errors, we may cancel or adjust the order
    and will notify you.
  1. Payments; Razorpay
  • We use Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”) as our payment gateway for
    cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and pay-later/EMI options.
  • By paying, you authorize Razorpay to debit your selected payment method for the order
    amount, including taxes and shipping.
  • Security: We do not collect or store full card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs. Payments are
    processed on Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant systems in line with RBI guidelines
    (including tokenization where applicable).
  • Payment issues: Orders may be delayed or cancelled for payment failures, chargebacks,
    suspected fraud, or risk alerts from Razorpay or issuing banks.
  • Refund timelines: Approved refunds are initiated by us via Razorpay and typically reflect
    within 5–10 business days for cards/net banking, and within minutes to 48 hours for
    UPI/wallets (actual time depends on your bank/wallet/issuer).
  • EMI/Pay-Later: Refunds for EMI/pay-later may be adjusted per your lender’s terms;
    interest/charges by your lender are outside our control.
  • Chargebacks: If you raise a chargeback, we may submit evidence to your bank. We may
    suspend or cancel services for accounts with unresolved or fraudulent chargebacks.
  1. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
  • We ship through third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery dates are indicative;
    delays can occur due to production schedules, courier operations, weather, or
    regulatory checks.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address or to the carrier if you arrange
    pickup.
  • Inspection and claims: Please inspect packages on receipt. For damage/shortage,
    contact us within 48 hours with order details and evidence (e.g., photos). Failure to

  • After production start or dispatch: Cancellations are usually not possible.
  • Defects or errors attributable to us: We will, at our discretion, reprint, replace, or refund
    the affected items. Our liability is limited to the affected portion of the order value.
  • Errors from your content/approval (spelling, low-resolution images, incorrect specs) are
    not eligible for free reprints or refunds.
  • Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via
    Razorpay.
  • A detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy may apply and is incorporated by reference.

    distribute the content solely to provide the ordered services and related customer
    support.
  • Sensitive/regulated content: We may refuse or cancel orders that, in our judgment, are
    unlawful, offensive, or non-compliant (e.g., counterfeit, explicit, hate speech,
    government IDs, currency reproductions).
  • Takedown: If we receive a credible infringement claim or legal notice, we may pause or
    cancel the order and cooperate with authorities as required.
